This is the easiest recipe and definitely something everyone can follow.
Instructions:
This is probably the only instance we would ask you to defrost the packet (because normally it is best cooked frozen). You can buy some here 👉🏻 https://www.parkfood.com/product-page/lion-dance-brand-chicken-balls if you haven't got your hands on it yet.
Skewer the meatballs together, feel free to jazz it up with some capsicum/pineapple if you wish.
Glaze the skewered meatballs with Teriyaki sauce (I used the Kikoman brand in my trial) and bake in the oven for 15mins at 180 oC.
